I envisioned a little bit more with this particular shower head. Firstly there were no washer parts but Luckily for us we had some spares, so not really a large point. I purchased this Sept. 2011 and today, Feb. two, 2012 the hose broke off Once i experienced the setting on off whilst showering.The hand shower labored very well for only a few month
